Sundance Retreat isn’t just a neighborhood—it’s a community. We want to get to know the people who make this place special, hear what you love about living here, and learn about the things that are on your mind or that could use improvement.

These are short, entirely optional feedback forms to allow neighbors to connect with the Board of Directors. This gives the Board valuable resident input as well as a better sense of what matters most to the folks who call Sundance Retreat home.

Whether you fill out whole questionnaires or just a line or two, it helps us all feel a bit more connected.

Payment Methods

DUES PAYMENTS

Annual dues are easy to pay using the method that works best for you! Payments may be made online through the link below or by mailing a check to the address provided.

Please do include your name and lot number with your payment to ensure proper credit.

For lots with residences, payments of $500 are due April 1 and October 1 for a total of $1000 per annum. For lots without residences, payments of $250 are due April 1 and October 1 for a total of $500 per annum.
